With over two decades of experience as a creative leader and brand designer, I have collaborated with some of the world’s most innovative and disruptive companies. As the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of MAAR, a design company that partners with high-growth businesses to build and scale their brands, I lead a team of talented creatives, strategists, and producers. We specialize in creating dynamic, sustainable, and ever-evolving brands through generative design and high-definition prototypes.

My passion for design, technology, storytelling, and diversity drives me to continually challenge myself and my team to discover new ways to communicate and connect with audiences. This dedication has earned me over 50 international awards, including multiple Gold Lions at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. My work spans various mediums and disciplines, encompassing brand creation, rebranding, campaigns, packaging, music videos, apps, installations, new products, interactive experiences, and integrated advertising.

Notably, my commitment to design, innovation, and product development has established me as a renowned creative leader both in Brazil and globally. At Nubank, I played a pivotal role in expanding the customer base from 24 million to 75 million by spearheading successful branding, content, and global social media initiatives. Prior to Nubank, I contributed to leading agencies in Brazil and the USA, delivering outstanding work for clients such as Nike, Toyota, Inbev, Nestlé, Oreo, Coca-Cola, and Uber.
